Sandbox is a JAM band, an IDEA band, and good for the soul!
Mostly, we show up, turn on the digital recorder and start playing. Sometimes, as is the case for our CD, we will rehearse songs written by a band member, or turn jams into tunes by playing them again.
We hardly ever play outside our JAM house.
